Reflection:
This assignment was quite easy because we were able to evaluate certain things that bug us, and come up with reasons why that occurs. Having to point out reasons why that occurs, does bring a different perspective to the situation, because we now think about the reason it happens rather than focus on why it bugs you so much. In addition to that, I can’t help but think of ways that could be possible solutions to these “bugs”, since I was able to identify key reasons behind them.

Overall, I really enjoyed this assignment, as it was able to bring a different perspective of the things that “bug” me. Finding “why it exists” is actually much harder than it seems, because as humans, we would conclude that the reason is because of the individual, but having to think logically and critically, we see that there may be much more depth to these reasons.

  2. It seems like a lot of your "bugs" stem from cars and driving, so first of all I'm sorry for that. Most of those things drive me crazy, especially when people are talking on the phone while they're ordering food. It's rude and frustrating. Anyways, I'm surprised you had an easy time of coming up with bugs, it was immensely hard for me. I'd also usually say why it bothered me instead of why it existed. Here's hoping we'll invented flying cars soon and maybe some of your problems will dissipate.

  3. Hi Michelle,
Wow you brought up some good "bugs" that I didn't even think about! Some of the things were so minuscule but are really bothersome, like the wet counters in restrooms. I really enjoyed reading yours, it was really funny and well thought out. I think you did a really great job giving your reason as to why these things bother you. I feel like a lot of the things that are bothersome are due to selfishness by nature.
